You're experiencing inconsistent performance across all your games, with significant drops in FPS during startup. This could be due to various factors like driver issues, background processes, or hardware limitations. Consider checking for updates, running a system diagnostics tool, and ensuring no resource-heavy applications are using excessive memory or CPU. If the problem persists, testing on another machine might help identify hardware-related causes.

Search for background applications that activate at certain times and use up system resources. If you have another antivirus besides Windows' built-in one, attempt to remove it and check if the issue resolves; if not, reinstall it. Some antivirus and security tools may affect performance during gaming.

It could be that something is occupying the background, possibly related to the CPU or GPU.

Verify the GPU time on the clock. If an unstable OC occurs, it reverts to underclock or default settings.
