Hi everyone, I'm experiencing these two random problems that seem to pop up without warning. First issue: My USB connections disconnect and reconnect every few seconds, usually around 5 seconds. I don't know why this happens. My system specs are: motherboard Asus Prime B550M-K, CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 6-core processor, GPU AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT, RAM Kingston Fury Renegade 16GB (2x8GB), storage 4TB (2x1TB NVMe and 2x1TB SSD), running Windows 11 22H2, power supply Corsair TX550M. USB devices include Corsair K55 RGB, Harpoon RGB Pro, MM800 RGB, Polaris TC, GoXLR, Valve Index 3x, HTC Tracking 3.0 docks. Second issue: My PC loses power suddenly and restarts, even when idle or during streaming/gaming. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks for reading!

No, I haven't checked the BIOS updates yet. Would you like me to do that?

Bios has been updated. It looks like we're waiting to see the results. In the meantime, please share any feedback you have while we wait for the fix.

The newest AMD chipset driver version is from August 17th. If there are no updates, this one should work too. You can get it from the AMD website.

Your gadgets link via USB ports on the IO Shield or through headers attached to the enclosure.

A multi-chip USB card could offer better bandwidth for devices like the body tracker and Valve Index. Mr Sebastian encountered USB problems and found a workaround, but it might not suit everyone.
