Occasional system restarts during gameplay sessions
I've noticed a recurring issue where my whole system powers down completely—audio and monitors cut off, yet fans and RGB lights stay active. Restarting requires switching the power supply on and off. It seems like a power issue, though the GPU-Z data doesn't indicate any faults. This usually occurs when running Final Fantasy 14 (shown in the sensor logs) or while using MSI Afterburner. My OS is Windows 10 21H2, with a Ryzen 7 2700X, MSI B450M Pro, and a Cooler Master 750W Bronze PSU. The BIOS version is 3.70. I've attached a snippet of the GPU-Z log from about 30 seconds before shutdown until the moment it stops. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
It's been happening multiple times today, with the CPU and GPU fans running nonstop. The issue keeps coming up even after restarting. I'm stuck—just turn off the power and then turn it back on. Need someone to assist.
