Occasional system failures during play.
Occasional system failures during play.
I’m able to start my system normally, but occasionally the display goes dark, the monitor loses connection, and the computer restarts itself unexpectedly. I’ve already submitted a return merchandise authorization for the graphics card, yet the problem persists. I’m now considering whether the CPU might be involved. I’ve checked both PCIe slots for the GPU and temperatures remain within typical ranges. This issue began after switching out of a game (which caused one monitor to struggle), but it also happens during gameplay or when using certain desktop applications. Now I only experience signal loss and reboots after about 5 to 10 minutes. If anyone can assist, I’d really appreciate it—please share some troubleshooting steps. If I can’t resolve it myself, I’ll likely take the parts back for further diagnosis. Thank you for your time, and I hope someone can help me.

I've tested stress tests on my Ryzen 7 3700X setup—Asus X570 TUF, 32GB 3600GB SSD, MSI Radeon 5700, 750W PSU, and a CPU cooler. No power drops or crashes occurred during the sessions.
I don't have real-time access to system temperatures. Please check your device's monitoring tools or settings for the latest CPU and GPU temperatures.
I own four 8GB stick modules for the Trident Z Neo 3600. I've used both DOCP and stock configurations. Additionally, I've tried a different setup with two Gskill 3000 2GB sticks, but the issue persists across all setups.
