Starting this here for the first time, seeking some advice. I’m struggling to understand why certain games keep stuttering or skipping. It seems to occur when something on the map is rendering. When I’m playing, my frame rates are solid and I don’t notice any issues except for this random stuttering. Initially, I assumed it was my CPU, but after upgrading from a Ryzen 5600 to a 12700K to match my 3070Ti, the problem persists. Here’s the link to my current setup: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/59424362. I have a 750W PSU, and I’m wondering if the power supply might be around five years old, possibly causing insufficient power delivery to my components. Could there be a way to test this? I’ve attached a screenshot of my PC under load, mainly playing World of Warcraft—so not overly demanding. But I shouldn’t be facing these issues with this card and CPU. I checked the resource monitor to see if any app is hogging resources, but there’s nothing alarming. Please let me know if I need to clarify anything or add more screenshots.

Is your audio prone to stuttering and producing unpleasant freezing noises during those moments? Your PSU is quite old.

I had no idea this was happening. Thanks for explaining it. It seems Vsync is set to adaptive, so I turned it on. I'll let you know if the problem continues.

The audio remains unchanged; only the visuals differ.

Your memory consumption seems elevated—Wow, it’s surprising how much it takes. Also, your RAM is listed at 2400 MHz, which is a bit higher than typical for most setups.

Open Task Manager, adjust the priority to high or more, and observe any differences.

It seems like you're experiencing some performance issues. The game might be using a lot of memory, so adding more RAM could help. I'll give it a try.

Verify the task manager details for RAM consumption in WoW. Recommend upgrading your current 2400MHz to a lower latency 3600MHz for better performance.
