This problem has persisted across various OS updates (complete installations and fresh boot media). It affects all Windows 10 Pro 64-bit configurations, both standard and extended editions. Over the years, hardware modifications have taken place. Recently, I upgraded from an i9-9900k with a gigabyte motherboard and DDR4 RAM to a Ryzen 9 7900X with MSI B650 (latest model) and Crucible DDR5 memory. Initially, the system ran a GTX 1080; now it uses an RTX3080. I replaced the old Corsair RM1000 with a newer model after hearing noise warnings about its failure after ten years. I currently have two Samsung NVMe drives and an M.2 Intel SSD. The only parts still from the beginning are a 250GB NVMe and a 500GB NVMe SATA drive. When the monitor goes off, it produces disconnection and reconnection sounds, repeating until a power input is given. The PC never enters sleep mode. Upon restarting, the wallpaper often disappears, Explorer sometimes crashes, and desktop shortcuts may change or become blank. Steam’s icon now appears in Chrome instead of the usual arrow. Resetting the graphics driver via keyboard shortcuts fixes visual glitches, but the machine still feels unstable with unusual input problems until it fully restarts.
