I would launch Samsung Magician and verify the update, ensuring it isn't among those beginning to malfunction.

I chose to disconnect one monitor from my setup. It's a triple-monitor configuration, with the portrait mode unit that was unplugged. After doing this, I've been attempting to force it to crash, but so far it hasn't happened. This might just be a coincidence, as previous crashes were unpredictable too. Sometimes launching the first game after rebooting would cause it to fail again, while other times it worked fine multiple times. I'll experiment further and share results tomorrow. If it doesn't work, do any of you have experience with a similar issue?

I've encountered comparable issues before; it often points to a GPU problem. Try testing another GPU to clarify the issue and verify if the problem lies with the GPU hardware.

I’m confident this resolves the crashes. I’ve been launching games repeatedly over the past day without any issues. Trying the third monitor again worked—first launch crashed. It seems something occurred between setting up my system and reinstalling Windows, drivers, etc., which is making my PC dislike running multiple monitors. I also changed display ports without success. I’ll definitely switch them. This likely means new hardware (motherboard, CPU, RAM) isn’t the cause. I plan to test older GPU drivers later, as I used some before this problem started. Any other suggestions you have while waiting a few days before testing the GPU again? I’m not sure if the GPU failed by coincidence—it would be amazing if it didn’t.

I checked the system and confirmed that the issue occurs with a particular port, not across all ports.

It doesn't seem to be related to a particular port or cable problem, as everything functions normally outside of starting a full-screen game.
