You're using entry-level Logitech peripherals and haven't tested them on the itx board. The benchmark showed frame drops to 1fps, and one SSD is underperforming.

Using a simple keyboard was intended—just a budget USB model. Also, verify your storage devices. Hard Disk Sentinel.

I faced problems with Hard Disk Sentinel, so I switched to another tool for health checks. After running tests, everything seemed normal. I only performed quick SMART checks, which all showed the drives were fine. When I installed HDS, it reported the 870 EVO model is 56% healthy and expected to fail within a year. It’s only been a year. Samsung's Drive Magician also confirmed an LBA failure during extended tests. Thanks for the assistance! I removed the drive and improved performance.

These units come with a minimum three-year warranty, and some regions offer up to five years or longer. Please initiate the return process. Thank you for your time.

I upgraded it to a 4tb 870 EVO as well, and I plan to sell the original warranty unit on eBay. The stutter came back. I played around for several days without any SATA devices connected. I took out the data SATA cable and switched to a different port, but the problem persisted. I'm using AMD's suggested drivers for the SATA controller.

Purchased a 1TB SATA Silicone Power SSD without problems. Returned a 4TB Samsung SSD, opting for another brand. It appears the issue is specific to Samsung drives on this system. Drives work fine regardless of placement, but stuttering happens when connected—whether in a two-bay case or via USB with a 2.5SATA adapter. Firmware is current, but the problem persists.
