Hello, I've been noticing occasional performance drops where frame rates briefly fall to near zero for a few milliseconds before returning to normal. At first, I thought it was related to a specific game, but now it seems to happen across multiple applications and systems. Restarting my computer helps temporarily, though the issue resurfaces within about an hour. I've tried updating drivers and even reset Windows completely, yet nothing seems to fix it. The drops are inconsistent—sometimes 5, sometimes 10, or even up to 20 frames lost. My hardware specs are: GPU – EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 (FTW2), CPU – Ryzen 5 5600G, RAM – 16GB DDR4, motherboard – ROG STRIX B550-A, power supply – EVGA 700 GD 700W (80+ Gold), SSD – 550GB. I've attached a video of the issue (recorded in a browser showing FPS), which highlights the lag spikes clearly. Please note that even when I closed all programs except the browser and Discord, the problem persists. Could you offer any insight or suggestions on what might be causing this? Thanks.
