I've experienced intermittent freezes and blue screens over the past two months, mostly after launching my PC at the start of each day. Once it boots, it functions for 10 to 30 minutes before freezing again. Restarting manually sometimes resolves the issue for most of the day, though it may freeze intermittently afterward. This pattern reminded me of a problem from a year ago that persisted despite driver and Windows updates. Recently, my CPU began overheating during a game and the system shut down automatically. It seems dust accumulation might be the cause—planning to clean it out tomorrow and possibly replacing the cooler if needed. I’m still unclear about the nature of these random freezes, especially since they occur only at startup. Side note: my RAM tests showed no errors during a memtest. Appreciate any assistance. Best regards.

Consider swapping out your thermal paste and verifying the cooler's alignment. Is your RAM overclocked?

I'll attempt that. My RAM isn't overclocked, and the system is 8 years old. The GPU is from 2018 only.
