I’m experiencing a problem where static noise appears randomly from my headphones. It happens even when nothing is playing through the speakers, and it persists regardless of the volume or type of headphones used. I’ve tested both the motherboard 3.5mm jack and the front case port with various devices, but the issue remains. Notably, the static was stronger before and has decreased slightly after a week off before I restarted the system. Thanks for your assistance.

It might be another gadget in your home broadcasting signals. The wires in your earbuds act like tiny antennas, so they can capture these broadcasts. Also, it could stem from dirty electricity—when high-power appliances like dishwashers turn on or off.
