Hello! I purchased the CyberPowerPC in early August 2022 (link provided). It worked fine for about a month before suddenly displaying black screens during gameplay, though not all games. The occurrences increased over time, becoming more frequent even while using YouTube. Initially, I reported it to CyberPower, who resolved the issue by reattaching the GPU cable and reinstalling Windows 11. After a couple of months without problems, the problem returned, worsening again. Recently, after restarting, the screen stayed black with unusual green dots appearing on the top left. I managed to fix it by unplugging and re-plugging the display cable. I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps: running MemTest86, Prime95, checking connections, using different cables, reformatting, updating drivers, changing RAM settings, disabling startup features, and even reinstalling Windows. Everything seemed normal except for the black screen issue, which was unique—no blue screens, just black. I’m concerned about sending it back for warranty again and incurring high shipping costs. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
