Occasional and unexpected failures occur frequently.
Hello, My PC experiences unexpected shutdowns lately. It's been occurring intermittently over the past weeks, and the machine just powers off without warning. No BSOD appears. I've examined the situation closely: event viewer indicates a power loss (Kernel-Power 41 (63)), suggesting it's likely a hardware problem rather than a software fault. I've tried several troubleshooting steps—monitoring temperatures, running load tests, cleaning components, and updating drivers—but results remain unchanged. I've also checked the power supply and cables, reseated everything, and even swapped out the PSU, yet performance stays stable. The RX 5700 XT is a known model prone to sudden power surges, but it draws power from two separate connectors, which should accommodate the PSU's capacity. My PSU is only a year old and reputable. I'm also considering GPU-related issues since this model can spike power quickly. What advice do you have? Please share your thoughts.
