Occasional 5GHz Wi-Fi dropouts can occur due to various factors.
I recently purchased a dual band router (TP-Link Archer C20). My router is positioned roughly 12 feet away from my room. When connecting to the 5GHz band on my Android phone via Bluetooth, the connection drops after about 20 to 30 minutes. After switching off Wi-Fi on my phone and reconnecting, it stabilizes but eventually loses again, unlike the 2.4GHz network which works consistently even with three devices. I also notice two concrete walls diagonally separating my room from the router. Should I switch channels or modify the band width settings in the router’s web interface? Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.
