OC TEST 13600K
Hello, I'm working on boosting the overclock of an i5-13600K. So far, I've achieved: P-Core at 5.40 GHz, E-Core at 4.30 GHz, and the max temp reached is 94°C on the Intel XTU board. Performance metrics show 24,883 points in Cinebench R23. Gear: Pure Loop cooler, 240mm motherboard, GIGABYTE Z790 Aorus Elite AX RAM, Corsair DDR5 6000Mhz.
Certainly, please clarify your concerns. Are you asking about the current temperature and its usability?
Thermal throttling begins at 100°C. Attempting to push the overclock beyond this point is futile. Using the P cores at a 55 multiplier instead of 54 won’t affect your daily performance noticeably. For those aiming for more Cinebench scores, consider pushing further. All temperatures remain within safe limits. Intel CPUs are designed to reduce speed once they hit 100°C. If your system runs smoothly, you shouldn’t worry about CPU heat.
