I'm really impressed with my setup. I'm using an Arctic 34 Freezer Esports Duo on a B450 Aorus Pro with Cooler Master Master Gel thermal paste at 1.4 volts and 4.4 GHz. After about 15 minutes on Prime95, it's running around 66°C. I don't know the exact Ghz rating of the 3600, but I think it's decent—probably pushing it a bit higher without getting too hot. It seems to handle the heat well, though it's not exactly cool.
