It worked smoothly for 20 minutes on realbench using these configurations: default settings are the current ones, the proposed ones are what I prefer and are reliable.

The question asks about the meaning of consecutive runs and the amount of RAM used.

I was testing the benchmark (the bright red button suggested the menu I was using), but I only ran the stress test with 8gb of RAM for half an hour and it succeeded.

Perform the stress test for several hours using the full 16Gb of RAM. A brief test with only 8Gb isn't enough to put significant strain on the system, so components like VCCIO won't impact the CPU as much. Running under full load still limits RAM usage and PCIe bus activity. This approach avoids a misleading impression of stability.

It won't let me proceed because it claims there isn't enough available RAM, then crashes when I attempt to start it. After running the Benchmark repeatedly, it uses all the CPU, GPU, memory, and storage without issues. Still, it can run for several hours but fails to boot into Windows.

A possible adjustment in the UEFI might be altering the boot sequence when OC settings were modified. The expected behavior would be Windows Boot Manager as the primary option on W10. It appears unusual that such tests could pass briefly but still result in failure to load the OS.

The boot sequence wasn't altered, though I attempted to bypass the voltage adjustment and let it default. (Auto) I only modified the short and long power limits, both set at 4095w. The short power time limit (16 sec) and core ratios remain unchanged. It booted successfully and is stable at 5.1Ghz.

Excited about the progress. I'm hoping the AUTO voltage stays within normal levels and doesn't spike excessively. AUTO voltage isn't usually advised for OCing since it can cause overvoltage.
