I increased the clock speed of my Asus Z170-A using AI Suite 3 and there could be an issue with the RAM or something else... I'm just trying to figure it out and possibly fix it if it's broken. The system runs with the latest update, i5 6600K, Crucial 8GB (2x4) 2133MHz DDR4 memory installed in slots 2-4. In AI Suite 3 I go to OC in 5 way optimization and when I select "enable memory stress test" I can only reach 4.4 GHz but the option to go up to 4.8 GHz is unticked. When I switch to UEFI I can't enable XMP for RAM. Is this because I've already overclocked or because it's not useful since it's already at 2133? I don't know how it was before overclocking. On the YouTube EdgeUp channel one video says to enable and another just ignores it. I'm just trying to understand whether I should keep the overclock with or without the memory stress test. Thanks.

2133 is the default setting for mobos, so check and confirm they're set correctly... if you need to change it, do it via the BIOS. Using tools like AISuite or other software usually doesn't work well and often raises voltages unnecessarily.
