Hello there folks!
I would desire an overclocking please!
I have the following mobo :
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P7Q57M_DO/
+ 1600 mhz 8 gb ram KIT ddr3
I want to overclock my i7 860 in acceptable limits but i have no idea how much to modifty the numbers. Any thoughts?

Do you have a suitable cooler with accurate temperatures?
If yes, you can attempt auto oc with an ai overclock tuner.
If the system doesn't boot, remove the CMOS battery and power it for about 15 seconds.
Alternatively, if you have a jumper, switch to clear cmos and then revert.

you're not relying on the stock cooler because your alternative is performing better, maintaining around 33-41 degrees, while the bios can help monitor it.

not assisting, it's already set to auto and nothing occurs, i need to adjust it manually.

You can adjust the CPU multiplier independently of the voltage settings. Begin with 22 and check for stability. Next, increase the voltage in the advanced settings section since it isn't visible in the screenshot. Also turn off CPU and PCIE spectrum as they reduce overclocking capability.
