The most affordable choice is Asrcocks’s b150 hyper pro4 motherboard. It supports bclk configuration for non K Skylake models. When purchasing now, you only need to adjust the BIOS settings.

Impossible to proceed because the CPU is locked and the motherboard does not allow overclocking.
