You're seeing the power under 'target' at 0% because it's locked, and adjusting it won't change the setting. This might not directly impact performance, but it could affect how the system manages power under certain conditions. The behavior is likely due to the current configuration or restrictions in place.

Scrap OC G II and apply MSI Afterburner for GPU overclocking... OC G II has problems with: 1- Keeping OC profiles stable 2- Preserving manual fan settings 3- Sustaining power-target configurations (which you're facing now) It looks good, but it isn't a reliable or dependable overclocking tool. This is based on my own experience and Tom's has shared many posts about OC G II difficulties. A few friendly tips were given, and MSI AB is quite user-friendly. If you need to adjust and refresh your GPU LED while using MSI AB (or any other overclocking software), here are some steps I developed as a workaround:

Scrap OC G II and apply MSI Afterburner for GPU overclocking... OC G II has problems with: 1- Keeping OC profiles stable 2- Maintaining manual fan settings 3- Preserving power-target configurations (as you're facing now) It looks good, but it isn't a reliable or dependable overclocking tool. This is based on personal experience and Tom's posts often mention OC G II issues. Some friendly tips were shared, and MSI AB is quite user-friendly. If you need to adjust your GPU LED settings while using MSI AB (or any other overclocking software), here are some steps I developed as a workaround: Scroll down until you find "BEST SOLUTION" for the LED problem. Thanks, I switched to Afterburner but heard some games can have issues with it. Also, do any modifications you made in OC Guru II remain after uninstalling it?

Uninstall OCG first to clear any existing profiles. After installing AB, it will display your GPU at its default settings, allowing you to proceed with OC'ing; you can manage up to five profiles from there. I'm not sure if AB interacts with games, but it might cause problems in some cases... however, it seems unlikely to be a common issue.
