It varies based on the motherboard, but usually 3000C16 boards work well at 3200 with only slight voltage changes.

I own a set of Crucial ballistix sport LT rated 3000 15-19-16-16-35 1.35v. It previously ran at 3733 15-19-16-16-35 1.39v. The DDR4 OC guide you mentioned is excellent. Y-cruncher is handy for stability checks; consider it before longer tests since it's quick and detects issues others might miss. (benchmark pi, multi-thread, max load within RAM limits)

My essential ballistix 2x16 is operating at 3800 with a micron E-die. It requires patience to determine timing, voltage, and achieve stability. It's worth the effort for running symmetric infinity fabric.
