OC 3000MHz RAM up to 3200 or even 3400?
You can attempt to manually adjust the clock speed of your Team T-Force Delta RAM to 3200MHz or 3400MHz, but be aware that doing so may void warranties and could affect stability. Check your motherboard documentation for safe overclocking limits.
But handling overclocking of RAM can be quite challenging. Adjusting settings and ensuring stability requires careful work, and verifying long-term reliability can be tough. Issues that arise later—especially those linked to memory problems—can be hard to pinpoint. In short, yes, I’ve tried running my 3000 MHz RAM at 3500 MHz (previously 3600 on the same CPU), but it took around two weeks to reach full stability, offering only a modest improvement. If you’re serious about RAM overclocking, the GitHub guide is really helpful: https://github.com/integralfx/MemTestHel...guide/DDR4 OC Guide.md. Make sure you test thoroughly; it’s better to have slightly slower but reliable memory than unstable faster one.
I own a set of Crucial ballistix sport LT rated 3000 15-19-16-16-35 1.35v. It previously ran at 3733 15-19-16-16-35 1.39v. The DDR4 OC guide you mentioned is excellent. Y-cruncher is handy for stability checks; consider it before longer tests since it's quick and detects issues others might miss. (benchmark pi, multi-thread, max load within RAM limits)
My essential ballistix 2x16 is operating at 3800 with a micron E-die. It requires patience to determine timing, voltage, and achieve stability. It's worth the effort for running symmetric infinity fabric.
