I verified my PC's status with the latest ransomware. The last update was in January. I can't enable Windows Update since it's running Windows 7 on a Ryzen processor. I attempted to download updates manually using the Microsoft catalog, but encountered the error code 8DDD0020. The screen briefly displayed search results before the issue appeared. I tested across Windows 7 browsers—Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, and Opera—but all reported the same problem. Updates seem stuck in Windows Update, no warning appears. I don’t want to switch to Windows 10.

Options might be restricted due to the anti-Win7 and Ryzen situation. I haven't used it since the CPU block, but I checked wsusoffline—it can build a cache of WU you can apply to each system. I'm unsure if it will skip the CPU verification. If it's locked into individual updates, you might be stuck. The constant hunt for updates has been an issue for a while, and wsusoffline helped me around then.

You might have to rely on others to ensure it functions properly.

Security patches were applied through Windows Update, allowing the installation of remaining updates. I’m hoping Windows Update continues functioning smoothly, possibly still recognizing my 6300 model.
