Obtain the 8.1 preview pane blank.
Has anyone encountered this problem where the preview image doesn't appear on the right side of the explorer window? Pdf shows up but JPEGs or other files don't. It doesn't work with the 'tick always show thumbnails not icons' setting. In the guest profile it does, but not in the admin profile? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, the MS help desk is requesting £65 for a fully resolved fix...
