I've noticed some similarities in the setup, but there seems to be a discrepancy between the Windows versions. On your gaming rig, everything works smoothly, while on the Samsung laptop, the minimizer, exit, and restore buttons still appear as if from Windows 10. It looks like the Uxtheme launcher didn't integrate properly, so you ended up using UltraUX Theme Patcher on both devices. What might have gone unnoticed is how the theme and launcher configurations differ between Windows 9.5 and Windows 10.
