Managed to brick my 2015 Mini and decided to reset it today. I’m starting fresh with new projects in mind. I tried internet recovery and used the disk utility to wipe the drive, but when I switched to Sierra Recovery it reported an error. It seems the AppStore can’t confirm I own Sierra, so the fix is to download a High Sierra image. Using TransMac, I can create a bootable USB and recover the system. Alternatively, I downloaded an image from a Hackintosh site, but the .zip file turned out invalid and corrupt. Anyone know where to find a clean disk image for Sierra or High Sierra? Thanks.

It seems the system started in Quick Recovery mode instead of Internet Recovery.
