Following the overclocking process, I managed to play games without issues initially. However, after some time I encountered a crash and the computer restarted. Subsequently, the error "Display Driver Has Stopped Responding and Just Recovered" kept appearing even after I reinstalled the drivers. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling them. My card is a R9 280.

The issue seems to be related to stability. Consider running some stress tests on the CPU and graphics card to identify any problems. What type of power supply are you using? Are all the voltage indicators on your motherboard or graphics card green?

I just restarted my PC and performed a stress test on my GPU with Heaven. No errors appeared, but I noticed that during idle mode, the GPU usage fluctuates significantly from 0% to around 38-79%. I’m not sure if this is typical behavior.

My power supply is a Corsair CX600. Where can I check the voltage indicators? The power supply appears to be fine.

The motherboard might have the indicator, or it might not, depending on the manufacturer and whether they included an LED display.

Chugalug_ suggests checking for stability problems and recommends stress testing CPU and graphics card. Asks about the power supply type and voltage indicators on motherboard/graphics card. Notes that after restarting, GPU usage spikes during idle from 0% to around 38-79% without errors, which seems unusual. Confirms the Corsair CX600 power supply is installed and inquires where to check the voltage indicators. Mentions possible causes like an LED indicator on motherboard or GPU, and asks about background antivirus processes affecting GPU usage.
