Hi everyone! I’m facing an issue with my work setup. I have two AOC Q24V4EA monitors—one connected via DP and the other via HDMI. My PC runs an Intel 13600 with 16GB RAM and an RTX3050. I tried everything: changed cables, switched power supplies, reset the monitors, updated drivers, and even used a different UPS and wall outlet. The problem keeps happening—my right monitor shuts off randomly, about every 10 to 20 minutes, and I have to restart it manually. It worked fine with my old Samsung monitor (1920x1080), but now it’s showing 1440p on one screen and 1080p on the other. I’ve got a lot of these screens! A video with this issue is available online. The shop that sold me the monitors didn’t consider it a warranty problem. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your response! I understand. Since the screens were purchased from an unauthorized seller, the AOC support won't accept the warranty. With good luck, the store has closed, leaving me with the screen and no assistance.

I conducted a new experiment today that I haven’t tried before. I changed the screens on the stand. Only the screens were swapped—no cables, no power source, just the screens themselves. Previously, only the right monitor turned off; now it’s just the left one. Still unclear what’s happening!
