I took it out. I'm currently using three distinct cables, one HDMI and two DisplayPorts, but the connections remain unchanged. I also swapped the PSU, which helps me confirm everything is properly connected.

The actual issue is whether the CPU is malfunctioning or if the motherboard is the problem.

Probably ram. Have you attempted to disable A-XMP/DOCP?
Visual issues are often linked to the GPU or its VRAM.
If the same problems appear with an integrated graphics card, it suggests a RAM issue (since iGPUs use system RAM as VRAM).
Also verify the CPU temperature.

Cpu temps are fine I check that all the time while gaming. Appreciate the input till probably order some new ram just to try before rma anything.
