It’s been free to download Watch Dogs 2, and I consistently see around 50 frames per second regardless of settings. The graphics card reports about 70% CPU usage while the GPU stays at 50-60%. With an RX 5700 XT and an i7-6700K, is this a performance issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?
It seems there might have been an unintended cap on your FPS somewhere.
