I’d find this useful. Your screen occasionally stops for a moment, especially with bright images like lots of text on white. It’s been happening for months now, but only sometimes. It seems to occur more often when using your GTX 1060 with outdated drivers, and continues with the newer setup on your GTX 1070. You’re connecting via HDMI and setting OCd to 74Hz. The monitor isn’t overheating and the GPU isn’t showing issues. From the event viewer:

I adjusted the monitor's overlock settings back to the original configuration, allowing it to operate smoothly at 60Hz. It seems the device might no longer support overclocking, which isn't unusual since some monitors don't allow it at all.
