Have you considered sharing more details? I checked the event viewer and re-seated the GPU, but nothing seems out of the ordinary.

You're checking for critical issues and errors. Did you complete this task? Also, are you receiving no output at all? Don't forget to clear CMOS. If the BIOS splash still doesn't appear, do you have POST debug LEDs? Are you fully passing the POST test with no display or is it failing?
