I searched online and found that Clevo laptops seem to have some issues. The ones you own are often affected by fan problems, which can range from a broken fan to excessive noise. It could also be the motherboard, where certain power delivery parts are overheating and leading to thermal shutdown.

I refreshed the bios, polished the heatsink, and swapped out the thermal paste.
