Hello, your new PC setup is looking good overall. The temperature readings during idle seem normal, with spikes to around 55-60°C and occasional peaks up to 70°C. The Cinebench test reached about 95°C, which is typical for Ryzen processors under load. The voltage readings range from 1.2V to 1.45V, which is within the expected range for stock Ryzen 5 3500 models.

Using Windows Power Balance Mode helps maintain a stable clock speed and keeps temperatures around 40-45°C without spikes. The cooler you're using is also a good choice for M-series chips. It's typical for 1.45 to be a bit elevated, though it isn't a fixed voltage so it's still reasonable. You might want to test a 1.35 offset and observe the results. Your Cinebench temperatures are running a bit high—how about your gaming temps? Which tools are you using to track them? Consider moving the cooler and updating the thermal paste.

Thanks for the reply. When playing Valorant, temperatures reach around 60°C to 70°C (about 20% CPU usage). I wasn’t worried about installing other games because I was concerned the high CPU could push it up to 90°C during intense sessions like AC Odyssey or Warzone. For tracking, I’ve used several programs, but Ryzen Master and HWinfo seem to work best. Yesterday I swapped the stock thermal paste for AMD and applied Arctic MX-4, making sure everything was secure. I’m considering a new aftermarket cooler, possibly the Arctic Freezer 34 esports DUO, but I’m unsure what maximum temperatures it can handle. I’m fine with the default voltage, though I think voltage spikes are likely the real cause of these temperature jumps—something that shouldn’t happen whether I’m idle, lightly loaded, or gaming.

This suggestion is reasonable but shouldn't exceed 85 points during a single attempt, even with stealth.

Consider reducing the voltage. Try a lower setting, perhaps around 1.325 vcore.

I understand, but I won't place the order for a Freezer 34. It's not that costly and it performs well as I observed.

Consider setting vcore via BIOS or Ryzen Master. For clocks, choose auto or 4200Mhz depending on your needs.
