I really wouldn't advise it as their is no heatsink on your boards VRM.

3.4ghz base clock would allow for 4.0 to 4.1 with a 20% improvement if the board were better.

Consider maintaining 1.25V with no further drops and track your VRM temperatures (system temps may appear in monitoring tools). Try 3.8GHz at 1.25V, keep an eye on VRM temps.
