Observation of FPS decline during Alt+Tabbing session
I recently assembled my new PC and was eager to enjoy my preferred games without the lag I experienced before. After playing a few titles, I noticed that every time I switched tabs (Alt+Tab) after exiting a game—especially in League of Legends and Farming Simulator—I would see a significant drop in FPS. The game would appear as if running in the background, and my PC wouldn’t recognize the current tab. I attempted to update the GPU drivers, but the issue persisted. The only solution that helped was switching the window mode to Borderless and then back to Full Screen, though this still required restarting everything whenever I tried Alt+Tab again. I’m unsure what to do next and would appreciate any advice from others on resolving this problem.
