I experience identical temperatures as others, yet the card remains stable in 3D Mark while unstable in other games. The performance should not slow down but boosts should decrease with heat. Avoiding full fan speed during idle helps keep GPU temps lower, resulting in better scores. Fans usually stay off at idle, causing higher temps during benchmark runs and slower clock speeds throughout. Also, improper overclocking can damage the graphics card drivers.
Sure, I’ll run the fans at 100 and check if the issue persists. Now, regarding the corrupt drivers—there’s a possibility to resolve it. I’ve already removed and reinstalled them before.
If the drivers become corrupt, remove them using the display driver uninstaller and install new ones. Perform a complete reset. Corrupted drivers can cause problems such as games that previously worked smoothly now crashing. The card's fan 1 begins to experience regular RPM drops even when set to 100%.
