Here are your details rephrased:

- Model: Intel Core i5-13600K, Asus GeForce RTX 3080 TUF Gaming (OC Edition), NZXT Kraken X53 RGB, Asus ROG Strix 850W, Gigabyte Z790 GAMING, Samsung 1TB, Western Digital SN850X OBS
- Resolution: 1080p60 at 6000 bitrate
- Connection: No dropped frames, 90MB upload speed
- Issue: Streaming problems, especially with CS:GO, despite smooth gameplay otherwise
- Solutions tried:
- Used "Display capture" source – only the game lagged
- Used "Game Capture" source with -allow_third_party_software command – same result
- Reduced in-game FPS to ~300 or 200 – improved stability but not smooth streaming
- Observations: GPU might be overloaded, but CS:GO is CPU-intensive. No other hardware appears to be the bottleneck.
- Feedback needed: Any tips or alternatives could help resolve this.

I’m not very familiar with OBS, but I hope this helps. The hardware acceleration feature is often turned on or off. Using random settings can make a difference. If hardware acceleration is enabled, recording copyrighted video online works. Without it, the screen would appear black.

Experiment with different encoding options based on your CPU model and verify the impact on your stream's bitrate, ensuring it matches your Wi-Fi speed at half.

I'll proceed without it. Appreciate the idea.

I'll use H.264 format; the connection is strong enough for the 6000 bitrate. As mentioned earlier, only the game capture or window capture scenes experience delays, while the camera scene stays perfectly fluid. Thanks for the recommendation.

I don't stream directly, but I capture game clips and upload them to YouTube.
