You are likely capturing audio at a low quality setting. Navigate to settings > output section > recording tab > choose mp4 format and set the encoder to h264 for CPU usage, or nvenc for GPU power (note nvenc is exclusive to NVIDIA). After selecting mp4, additional options will appear at the bottom. Adjust the bitrate to 15,000Kbps (15Mbps) and ensure keyframe is set to 2 unless it defaults to 2. The preset should be quality. This configuration should match your needs (30,000 for 2k at 60FPS, 15,000 ideal for 1080p).
