It works fine, though. A widescreen setup at 1080p isn't ideal since most triple monitors prefer 5760x1080 resolution.

Yea it appears dim, but it's helpful to show folks a glimpse of the vibe so they can compare across the screens.

Absolutely avoid that. My friend has the same CPU and a 560 Ti, which lets him record Titanfall at 30fps 1080p—so it’s not unusual. As others mentioned, verify your encoding, run Titanfall in windowed mode, and consider using window capture rather than game capture. From what I’ve seen, you usually need to tweak many settings to get Titanfall to work smoothly.

Navigate to settings, encoding, and at the top you'll find three choices: x264, quick sync (avoid selecting this), and Nvidia NVENC. Choose NVENC to leverage your built-in H.264 encoder. My setup includes an FX 4100 and GTX 660; these configurations work perfectly. If issues persist, it may indicate your hard drive is struggling to handle the load.
