Hi, after formatting the computer, the peripherals stopped working except in BIOS. I've already tried several fixes: removing the battery, checking USB ports, using "Troubleshooting," enabling USB settings like "USB Legacy," and looking for updates, but couldn't find anything, even on the manufacturer's site. Any advice?
