Three rear USB ports stopped working, while the others are functioning properly. I'm using BIOS version 1.5 with Windows 11. After checking the nzxt website, I found a newer BIOS (v1.7), but it triggers an incompatibility error. Anyone else had similar issues? Any advice would be appreciated!

Are there any connections from USB to power? If you connect your phone to a port, does it provide charging?

The recent update brought changes—ask if you installed Windows or used the instant flash. You might also test a Linux Live setup to access data via USB ports.

Test the quick flash; think it would work better than using windows.
