It is currently turned off, using the default setting from NVIDIA.

I've maintained very low latency settings consistently, and everything on my 3070ti runs smoothly.

It's the standard setting—it's meant to reduce delays, but sometimes it backfires if the setup isn't handling it well. Just test it on a per-game basis.

It's consistently better for me. I've never faced a tradeoff, so I'm choosing the option with less delay. I'm puzzled as to why it's turned off automatically—why wouldn't I prefer faster performance?
