It looks like you're referring to a PUBG screen setting. Generally, it's about your bitrate and resolution. Shadowplay has faced problems with very high bit rates in the past. What are you capturing?

they refer to resolution and bitrate. you might attempt DDU in safe mode and then reinstall previous GPU drivers, which could resolve the issue.
