Sauron, you're right about that. All the adjustments in the NVIDIA control panel seem to reset each time I restart, even after saving the configuration file. Here are some images of your NVIDIA settings—maybe they'll help clarify the issue?

Running the control panel as root? Consider adding this section. The screen identifier is Screen1, device Device1, monitor Monitor1, with a depth of 24. The option uses stereo settings: DFP-1, nvidiaXineramaInfoOrder set to DFP-1, metamodes enabled, and force composition pipelines activated. MultiGPU is disabled, base mosaic off, and HorizSync source is edid. VertRefresh ranges from 55 to 76. The display depth remains at 24. This configuration may be useful to explore further.

I'm executing the panel with root privileges. It's not visible in the screenshots, but I'm doing adjustments while making changes. I'll test those options now.

All the code is already present, so I don’t have to include it again...

The configuration matches closely with the existing setup for your 780ti, just adjusted for the new Xorg screen you want.

I included everything, but it’s still not working. I’m going to swap both GPUs. I have an R9 290X and an RX460 nearby. I’ll check if AMD’s drivers can handle them better. This isn’t a long-term fix since I was thinking about selling those cards, but I’m willing to give it another shot.

Sauron agrees, the setup is partially functional. The main problem is screen tearing, affecting both displays, especially the RX460.
