Hey there, I'm reaching out because I'm facing a really bothersome problem with my Nvidia drivers. I have an RTX 3060 12Gb and a PC built around an i5 13600k with 64GB DDR5 RAM and an Asrock Z790m- motherboard (latest UEFI). When I adjust the 3D settings in the Nvidia control panel, my browser—especially Brave for YouTube—gets choppy with dropped frames. I've tried several fixes: reinstalling drivers, installing official studio drivers, using standard non-DCH drivers, booting into safe mode with DDU to remove old ones, updating Windows to 11, rolling back to Windows 10, and even switching to Edge. The solution seems to depend heavily on whether I leave the 3D settings enabled or disable Image Scaling. If I turn off Image Scaling and restore other settings, the issue disappears until I restart or power cycle the PC. It doesn't happen with other browsers like Edge. A simple workaround is disabling hardware acceleration in Brave. I'm curious—how can I resolve this? Do others face similar challenges? Thanks for your time!
