Hello, After years of using the same 120GB SATA SSD as a boot drive, it's become nearly empty with caches and temporary files, leaving only about 2GB free. I discovered a file named "{randomgibberish}.bin" in a specific location that occupies around 33GB. My concern is whether it's feasible to shrink its size or simply delete it without causing issues. Given the limited storage and the age of the drive, upgrading might be necessary. Thanks!

It’s safe to remove the large file now, as removing that part helped speed up loading times. Anyone interested should check it out and consider deleting it if it’s similarly big.

It seems someone is trying to track the origin of a file with a recent date. They suggest monitoring the folder while running games or GPU software to see what generates it. They also mention checking if the system attempts to restore its original size. The update notes that both GLcache and DXcache contain significant data, while the desktop cache totals 1.2GB and the laptop has 0.2GB.
