Thank you, I understand. I still can't activate the Windows on the new machine—it shows an invalid key, so maybe a replacement is needed? This was a Windows 98 Pro system that worked before a few months ago.
Wifi is quite far from my room, but I had another setup with a B650 board a while back; it was at least twice as fast. This one seems better, though it’s still having issues.

Also, a quick note: I was playing WoW on this system earlier. Both CPU and GPU were at 71°C (idle around 40–45°C). Is that normal? And I never adjusted the fan settings in BIOS—should I make any changes? It’s been pretty loud.
It seems you might need to obtain a new key because Microsoft stopped using activation with previous edition keys, and your last system was the last one to use them. You could still reach out to Microsoft support explaining that you changed the motherboard and the old system is no longer in use—they may assist further.
Temperatures are okay. Where is the case located? Since heat rises, the ideal spot for the case is typically near the floor where the air is coolest.
A wifi receiver or antenna from another motherboard might have been positioned differently, which could be a factor.
I will give it a try , i am on queue for a call back with support but there is no timer when they will and seems its never gonna happen...
Case is on my table but i should move it down i guess ,
It was Same model , Tomahawk b650 , now i have X670E , same make and editions but maybe i am misremembering it.

No issue at all. XMP is activated in the BIOS for your RAM. The XMP profile isn't set automatically, so if it's off it will use the standard speed of about 4800. You can verify the speed using Cpuz under the memory section. The frequency there is single data rate, doubling it to double data rate would make it read 3000 instead of 6000.
