Right now I'm using Nvidia driver 566.36. After updating to the newest drivers, many problems disappeared. Apex Legends would crash every 20 minutes, Borderlands 3 also had issues, but after installing that particular driver everything worked fine.
Now I'm wondering what to do if I try playing the new Doom—it asks for the latest driver. But if I install it, I worry it might cause more problems and crashes again. What should I do?

did you increase the system's speed? check the temperatures for the gpu and cpu. also update the bios, drivers, and chipset.

Temps are all normal, no overheating nothing at all.
I don't overclock my system as I don't see any reason for me to ngl, and recently i disabled XMP since it was giving me memory issues whenever i ran memtest, its on the stock speed right now and I don't really know how to increase it manually.
Am not sure if my bios are up to date or not i can provide the driver number.
Sorry for the late reply got busy.

After turning off XMP, I ran another MemTest that showed no errors and stopped the blue screens and random restarts. That’s why I’m unsure if I should manually increase my RAM speed to around 5500 MHZ, since XMP had already set it to 6400 MHZ, which might be too high for my CPU, even though it seems new.
